Why would the calls use inclusive call minutes?

Surely the Skype calls are made over GPRS or 3G? That's the whole point of VoIP, calls over a data connection. There would be no point in making Skype calls otherwise, you might as well just use the normal functionality of the phone.

Unless it uses a GSM data connection (at 9Kbps). Surely not.
