Story: Ballmer: Out of the frying pan and closer to fired
I wonder...
If the lawsuits that some Yahoo shareholders have filed actually get anywhere near a court, if Yahoo will argue that Ballmer (and the Microsoft board by implication) are a pack of idiots that would have dragged both companies down as a defense that they resisted the takeover in the best interests of Yahoo (and again by implication Microsoft) shareholders.
Is this soap opera over, or should I find something Australian to watch on the tube?
