Microsoft monopolising on web browsers again??

So if you upgrade to XP SP3 you can't uninstall Internet Explorer, I'm quite sure I'm having a Deja-vu feeling about MS preventing people from uninstalling Internet Explorer in other Windows products. I don't have Internet Explorer on my system at all as I much prefer Firefox (although I can still get to Internet Explorer if I really need to by going to My Computer and typing a web address into the address bar (main reason for this is that the Windows Explorer is actually Internet Explorer running in a different mode and by typing a web address into the address bar it automatically switches to internet mode)
