But how much is it going to cost us before someone finally puts this arrogant scheme out of our misery? That money could have done so much! Current estimates for the cost of this thing is anywhere from £5.8 Billion (Home Office) to £15 Billion (Kable).

These number are so huge that humans actually find them difficult to put in context. Lets split the difference and estimate £10 Billion. Let us also throw out a rough estimate of £50,000 a year for a PC or a nurse. If this is the case, then that would finance 20,000 of either for 10 years.
