Defra to scrap its desktops and handhelds

A noble effort. but it opens up a big security risk if one of them is lost or stolen. Also, if you are in a public hotspot, and running windows it is much easier to be compromised than say, any other OS on the planet. Sometimes saving a little money can be expensive.
