Well at least ...
Well at least they're not just going to plough on ahead despite being told it's not good enough like they have done in the past. I got caught in one of the last cluster-f***s and my records got marooned in Newcastle for a year or so. I'd far rather they do the forms manually than risk them going phoom like they did last time.
