Story: Two NHS IT leaders appointed
DWP IT was not that impressive!
I tried to get pension forecasts and the system was unable to provide them until possibly next year. Ok part of the problem is with the Government constantly changing things, but the rest is service delivery. Still, at least thing will be different in the NHS where the government don't keep changing the rules and there is no resistance to service delivery..
Still at least the DWP didn't lose any personal data.
