SCO fined in Germany over Linux claims

SCO has been using FUD to scare off potential Linux adopters, the same as a rather large company located in Redmond. All talk and no proof, and these kinds of companies are in fear of the penguin. If you can't compete fairly then you try to remove the better OS.
