Story: Smaller databases best, even if they restrict police

At Last

A considered, well thought out response.

However there is a point that people still seem to miss. The more different and unrelated databases that are used (physical or electronic), the harder it is for anyone to steal a persons identity, and the lower the likelihood of a major foul-up.
