Worst data carrier ... ever

Interesting to see the talk from the top by 3 managers, but my personal experience with the company has been way out of touch with their vision. I recently tried them out for their apparently very good data provision, as that's pretty much all I use my phone for, but could very rarely get connected to anything. Their support services were incompetent on the entry level and incomptent and rude higher up the chain (something which is well documented on the web) and they haven't even bothered to respond to a written (postal) complaint. All in all a company with very severe customer service issues which should definitely be avoided.
