Opt out

We are appalled by this and would like to opt out. I've read elsewhere that we should have received an email letting us know how we can opt out. No email has been received and we are not alone in this regard. When I setup the BT router, I disabled the wireless and at the mo, it is still disabled. Will be be enabled when the upgrade happens? When will be upgraded? Have we been upgraded already? It would be very nice to be told by BT what is going on.
