What a joke!

BT and IT services - this is a joke, isn't it? Take a look at their home page (www.bt.co.uk) which according to the W3C validator has 180 Errors, 60 warnings, one of the worst websites out there.

BT can't even offer the most basic telecom services in our town: No business DSL packages, no SDSL, no fibre optic lines, no LLU, no Voice-over-IP services, they are more than ten years behind current telecom standards which are easily available in other countries.

They first need to get the very basics right and should start offering normal telecom services before branching out into other adventures!
