Fennec thumbs up!

I now have 3 browsers on my HTC Touch Pro - the preinstalled IE, HTC's preferred Opera, and now the alpha of Fennec.

guess which one actually worked 100% when I tried to access some websites this morning?

yep, that's a gold star to those of you who said Fennec - the one browser that actually let me access hotmail!!! Trying to access hotmail on the IE browser is like trying to extract teeth with a slice of lemon- no easy task!!! but Fennec was up to it, and for the first time in ages, I could actually read some emails without the browser crashing (Opera inexplicably closes whenever I try to access hotmail...) or failing to find the pages (IE reports that the page doesn't exist whenever I try to access hotmail on it...)

on the negative side, the browser is a bit slow to respond to any request. but then again, it is an early trial of the program, & so far its stability far outweighs its slowness for me!

Can't wait for the final edition when it arrives!

Review Although it's missing some features (chiefly HSDPA and GPS), Nokia's E63 is a well-thought-out, ergonomic and affordable smartphone.
