Talkback Where does this guy get his numbers from? His suggestion that a compression ratio of 6x to 8x for JPEG is ludicrous. A ratio nearer his ABO figure of 32x is more typical with output quality set to normal.

Talkback Don't believe this hype - I've looked at their patent ("REPETITION CODED COMPRESSION FOR HIGHLY CORRELATED IMAGE DATA", assuming this is the relevant one), and let me tell you it's nothing revolutionary.
