Blog Comment I don't see as treating customers with contempt. I see it as a combination of ignorance, incompetence and arrogance. It is evident with a lot of big corps especially when entering a new area they have no experience in.

Blog Comment If it is a streaming service you do not store a large amount of data on your system at any one time and so I imagine there is nothing for you to be hosting or sharing when you are not streaming a video.
