Blog So, we finally have our hands on Lord Carter's interim report, which has been billed as the biggest shakeup for the UK's knowledge economy since the formation of Ofcom (which Carter, funnily enough, used to head up).

Reports: Comms minister to stand down
Blog Lord Carter, the communications minister, intends to leave the government, according to a report in The Times. The government has not commented on the possibility, other than to say Carter is hard at work on his Digital Britain report.
