Blog Many newer computers, with newer BIOS, are able to boot from a flash memory card. They get automounted when you boot. This is so cool that I'm just sitting here giggling about it. My HP 2133 systems can do that.

Blog Comment Having said that, anything which helps to boot up a Windows computer to a useful working state quicker is welcome. Why not just use the 'hibernate' or 'standby' facilities. Much quicker and you can leave work/programmes open.
