Talkback Microsoft, and others of similar ilk, can write prohibitive (and sometimes unreasonable) licences, at will, and enforce them on an unwilling public and, of course as monopolies, charge what they wish.

Surprised Or Expected Of Our Government?
Talkback If they was serious about protecting our data then they would have enforced a full security solution to remove all risks and enforce the so called written policy that doctors, nurses and other officials have taken no notice of in the past.
