Firefox 1.0PR: A First Look

Talkback This is good for shitty programmers and people using Frontpage, but not for those using browsers like Opera and FF. Any site not showing correctly in firefox is made by developers with no understanding of standards.

Opera: Firefox User Figures 'inflated'

Talkback Anything that's good for Firefox is good for Opera.the more people that use standards-compliant browsers, the more websites will be forced to adhere to standards. Competition between FF/Opera/etc.is healthy, but this is definitely a case of sour...

The Best Browser On The Web Just Got Better

Member Review IE7 aiming to try and catch up with recent opera and FF releases has been a massive improvement on IE6 but still doesn't feel like anything better than Firefox 1.0. There is still room for improvement as the review indicates but it's clear Mozilla...

Opera 9 Technology Preview 2

Talkback However I'll stick with Firefox until there is an easier way to block adverts. Methods do exists but they are not on a par with Adblock for FF Nice browser. Very fast and not a resource hog.

Opera: Firefox User Figures 'inflated'

Talkback IE fall guilty of far more mistakes, why do you not hear Opera pick at them is they care so much? To say Mozilla is funded and Opera is not is scandalous. In any case, Opera are funded, and in a worser way.

First Firefox 2 Beta Ready

Talkback If, like me, you liked the way it worked try Opera 9 , which has a simple tick box on the tools/preferences menu to enable one X for closing the active tab. I know because they told me, so I moved to Opera 9 beta and have not missed FF at all.
