BT Flight Offer Complaints Upheld By Watchdog
News The ASA upheld 11 separate complaints about the offer, after establishing that it had been so badly administered that some BT customers hadn't been able to take the flights to which they were entitled.

Talkback I am contacting both Trading Standards, the Express newspaper and Watchdog over this - like the Hoover fiasco, this needs sorting by the big guns - we need to all bombard Watchdog with our complaints or we'll continue to be ignored.
