Good machine, poor support
Member Review The machine arrived with a number of dead pixels and a 38, not 40GB drive. For my work I need a dual boot XP/win 2000 and set it up. Problems arose with XP in that it didn't recognise many of the components including the monitor driver.

Good machine but faulty modem and memory is problem, and no support
Member Review Although the machine is good, it, when it arrived there where a number of dead pixels, memory detected only 256MB and not the 512 it was supposed to have and shortly after the modem broke down. As for support from Sony -- forget it.
