Obsolete Versions Not Working On A Brand New Motherboard? Surprise?

Talkback All I got was BSOD. I recently bought an Intel MOBO and wanted to put win 98 and xp-sp1 on it but, neither would install. I put the setup disk in another computer and on there I found that you could only install xp-sp2 and vista.

SP1 All Pluses
Member Review I was a bit nervous installing SP1 beta on my new laptop as there were plenty of posts on the Microsoft SP1 forums with issues ranging from BSOD to random restarts. In the end I am very glad I did install it.
