HP acquires Mercury Interactive

News HP announced on Tuesday that it will acquire management software company Mercury Interactive for $52 a share, or $4.5bn in cash. Mercury's stock was delisted from the Nasdaq earlier this year, and its shares trade on an over-the-counter market.
