Vista SP1 - No Go For Me At The Moment

Blog Comment Update - I found a newer driver for the AuthenTec fingerprint reader (7.9.0.4), but after installing that Windows Update still doesn't offer SP1 to me. Obviously something else is still lacking, but I'm not sure what.

Blog Comment David, I was thinking of a neat utility called MySQL Workbench which I find handy for designing and normalising databases. I haven't run (L/W)AMP on a local machine for a while but will probably check out VertrogoServ - thanks for the tip.

Blog Comment I don't think that you can upgrade to Service Pack 1 via simply checking for updates optional or otherwise until next month. For now you need to initiate the update process via a link on the Microsoft website.

Vista SP1 - No Go For Me At The Moment

Blog Comment So far so sweet for me, especially on my gaming rig which used to suck eggs. One problem I encountered recently though was that my anti-malware programs kept crashing when scanning. Both required patches, but now work fine.
