MS To Buy Web Site Tool Maker
News Microsoft will pay $20 million to NetCarta's parent CMG Information Services to get access to NetCarta's WebMapper suite of tools for authoring and monitoring activity on Web sites. NetCarta was due to announce version 2.0 of WebMapper tomorrow.
