Talkback He asked me to rename them. Go to symantec.com/autotools and run option 10 for live updates. From that point on the the Live uodate became active and working. Dear Frances and Others, I experienced the same problem with Norton Antivirus 2006.

Talkback Thanks to whomever suggested to rename or delete s32luis1.dll. That was genious. I was about to send a $500 10 user license copy back to symantec! This is the kind of shit that makes you ditch the whole software after working on it for hours.

Talkback It was to delete/rename "S2luis1.dll" or "S32luhl.dll" from the folder Program Files/Symantec/LiveUpdate. Now, seeing as my computer is running unusually slow, I recently decided I need to update my AntiVirus software.
