Talkback Clearly the EU doesn't understand how to deal with convicted organizations like Microsoft. Maybe the EU even forgot why Microsoft was convicted in the first place. That, or Microsoft is forcing the issue to see if the EU is bluffing or not.

Talkback They are still required to turn over information to the DoJ (although the amount is scaled down) and the demand itself puts our basic human rights on very shaky ground. I'm not sure I see how this is a victory for Google.
