Blog It took about 5 minutes to boot the CD and answer the few questions that come up, then about 15 minutes to actually load Ubuntu and reboot, and finally another 10 minutes to download and install all the updates.

Good Reason Not To Use Vista

Talkback I tend to use Ubuntu a lot for development and like having a dual boot config on my machine. Service pack 1 should have sorted out the mess but instead has provided vary little and just made it all worse by trashing peoples dual boot configurations.
