Why I've Moved From Vista To Ubuntu 7.10
Blog Comment For the record, Ubuntu detected everything on my laptop and my scanner and digital camera and webcam all run fine too without any drivers that aren't already there in Linux. I tried Ubuntu 7.04 and it was like a rocket.

Windows Vista - Here I Go Again!
Blog Comment Ah, now, I just tried to run Skype on my VIsta laptop and it didn't want to know about the webcam. It comes to something when my wee Eee running a much-hacked-about Ubuntu consistently beats an expensivo Sony with Vista.
