Talkback Are they certain it did not affect the free version? I had a pretty spectaular crash just after installing the update to the free version.

Talkback I have had the free version on my home computer for 5 years, and never once had any problems with the updates from them. Be thankful they have the lack of being greedy and offer such a great product for personal use free.j.w.

Member Review I've been using zone alarm for the past 4 years, and my computer has been booting up slower and slower. This is all due to zone alarm. This is because zone alarm is stopping any programs from working until it finishes loading.

Instant Messenger issues with ZA security suite
Member Review I've logged a support call with the team at Zone Alarm but this issue is still unresolved. Other than the issues above, I'm quite happy with Zone Alarm, I've used it for several years now and only once have I been caught out with a virus.

Service reliability? Sounds like spin.
Talkback Everyone with zone alarm got kicked off the net a few days ago after one of their 'ultra reliable' updates. Trouble with Microsofts update service is the stuff that comes from it rather than its reliability.
